Installation

We specialize in the installation of satellite, IP satellite, terrestrial, WiFi and video conferencing networks. We've conducted installations at thousands of sites around the country and maintain a geographically dispersed network consisting of some of the finest professional contractors in the industry. Our technicians deliver the expertise you need for installation of any combination of networking devices. We can complete installation at one location or hundreds, depending upon your needs.

MAINTENANCE AND FIELD SERVICES

All of the highly skilled technicians in our network are also available to help your organization with maintenance and repairs. We help you to avoid down time by maintaining a repair depot and a complete inventory of spare parts and equipment.

Our services are available as part of a monthly maintenance agreement or on a "time & materials" basis, as needed.

NETWORK ENGINEERING

Our team of design professionals delivers exceptional engineering and technical services prior to deployment. Our goal is to serve as a true network partner. We help you to identify your engineering goals, then design and configure network solutions that represent the most cost effective and efficient way to get there. Relying on many years of experience, our highly accredited engineers recommend network solutions that take into consideration the quantity and type of content to be delivered; the type, number and location of the targeted viewers; and the budget that has been allocated.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Our unique proprietary database management system allows us to continually track equipment installed at each client location, including serial numbers, equipment model numbers and more. We can instantly generate a detailed inventory report whenever you need the information.

NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Managing the complexities of a satellite or other content distribution network is not a common core competency, but it's one of the things we do best. Our goal is to let your organization focus on what you do best, by offering a full range of network management services.

SPACE AND BANDWIDTH

We have relationships with all of the leading satellite operators and can acquire satellite time on your behalf, on either a full-time or occasional basis. We can also assist you with your terrestrial (wired or wireless) bandwidth needs.

HELP DESK

Broadcast International currently supports networks at thousands of remote locations. We offer 24/7 availability, online/email reporting, and dedicated toll-free numbers answered in the name and manner preferred by our clients. The goal of our help desk is to solve problems over the phone in order to minimize on-site repairs.

We continually monitor our performance for quality of service and efficiency. One of our standards is that 95% of help desk calls are answered on the first ring.

DEVICE MONITORING

Even if all the central components of a digital signage or place-based media network are working flawlessly and the content is stunning, if the screen and other consumer-facing, remote components are not functioning properly, nothing else really matters.

Networking technology enables technicians to determine that network-connected devices are in working order and diagnose the problems if they are not—all from a central location. Device monitoring is an optional service provided by our technical support team.

REMOTE DOWNLINKS/AD HOC NETWORKS

Are you planning a one-time special event? When your needs are more temporary in nature, Broadcast International can build an ad hoc satellite network. Your remotely-stationed personnel can benefit from the impact and immediacy of a national or international satellite broadcast.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

There are a wide variety of content management software platforms on the market today. These solutions are designed to automate and simplify the process of determining what content goes to which locations and when the content should play. This software is ideal for digital signage and other similar applications where content needs to be coordinated between a central decision-making location and hundreds or even thousands of remote sites. However, no matter how "automated" these software platforms are, they all require human interaction to make and implement playlist and geographic delivery decisions.

Some clients may choose to assign or hire personnel to assume these responsibilities. Many find it makes more sense to outsource the implementation functions to service providers like Broadcast International. BI has over 20 years' experience in managing digital content management systems and has first-hand knowledge of the most used digital signage systems in use today
